Antonio Manganelli (Dr)

Adjunct Professor of Competition Law and Policy, University of Sienna

Dr Antonio Manganelli teaches Regulation and Competition Policy at the University of Siena, Italy, and is managing director of the DEEP-IN Research Network. He has worked for almost 20 years as competition and regulation expert in the telecom, media and digital markets, providing private consultancy, carrying out applied research (e.g., coordinator of the Florence School of Regulation at the European University Institute) and serving in different public institutions: the Italian telecoms and media Regulatory Authority (AGCOM); the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA); the European Commission at the EU body dealing with Electronic Communications services (BEREC Office).

Dr Manganelli holds a PhD in Law and Economics and an MSc in Political science and Economic Policy.
