Averad Penn, JD, MBA is Chief Executive Officer of Caribbean Cellular Telephone (CCT) and BVI Cable TV, where he leads corporate strategy, network investment planning, regulatory engagement, and organizational development for national communications infrastructure in the British Virgin Islands. A seasoned executive, attorney, and telecom strategist, he brings over two decades of experience across telecommunications, financial services, management consulting, and real estate development. Averad holds a Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School, an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management, and a BA from Dartmouth College, and is admitted to the New York State Bar.
