Björn Blondell serves as Head of the Market Development Division at the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (PTS), where he leads initiatives to advance a secure, sustainable, and inclusive digital society. With extensive experience in EU regulatory frameworks, he is a frequent contributor to international policy dialogues on digital governance.
Björn’s areas of expertise include the Digital Services Act (DSA) and regulation of digital markets, digital infrastructure and resilience and postal and parcel sector developments. He often advocates for strong cross-sector collaboration between public authorities, platforms, academia, and civil society as a critical enabler for effective regulation and for strengthening Europe’s and Sweden’s position in the digital landscape.
