Brian Adkins is Lumen’s Vice President of Federal Government Affairs, leading the company’s advocacy and political engagement with Congress and executive agencies, with a focus on broadband infrastructure, security and tax policies. Prior to joining Lumen, Mr Adkins served as Legislative Director for the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC), Counsel to Congresswoman Jane Harman (D-CA), and Director of Government Affairs for the Information Technology Industry Council (ITI).
Mr Adkins earned his JD from the University of Maryland School of Law.
