Carlos Molinas Ozuna is a professional who has practiced in different institutions of the public sector, such as the Central Bank of Paraguay, the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic, the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Public Health, among others.

He has been appointed as Titular Director of the National Telecommunications Commission.

Economist graduated from the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the Federal University of Paraná, Curitiba, Brazil and Master in Economics from the Catholic University of Asunción.
