Charlotte Holloway is Associate Director of Policy at techUK, working with tech companies and policy-makers in Westminster, Whitehall, Brussels and beyond to help create the conditions for a world-leading tech industry and a thriving digital economy across the UK.

Ms Holloway leads techUK’s policy function which covers a number of areas including data protection and privacy, skills and migration, intellectual property and copyright, productivity and the economic contribution of tech, and more. Charlotte co-authored Securing our Digital Future: the techUK manifesto for Growth and Jobs 2015-2020, and was Chief of Staff to leading tech angel Sherry Coutu CBE on The Scale-Up Report on UK Economic Growth.

Before techUK, Ms Holloway has held a number of policy roles including at the Broadband Stakeholder Group, the Big Innovation Centre, and the Work Foundation, where her focus was on the future of the UK’s knowledge economy and the foundations for fruitful innovation policy to 2020.
