David Mekkaoui is the CEO of All Digital, leading efforts to expand digital inclusion and education across Europe, with over 2.5 million citizens trained last year.
An Oxford graduate with expertise in governance and entrepreneurship, David began his career at The Wall Street Journal Europe and helped launch Expedia in Europe. With a track record of scaling impact-driven organisations, David led Euractiv’s growth for over seven years. He is also serving on the boards of Europe MédiaLab and Alliance Française, strengthening media and education so that more Europeans can access digital skills and participate fully in society.
