He also led the transformation of Areandina University, a higher education institution serving low-income students, multiplying enrollment fivefold to 60,000 students across three countries, while achieving both national and international quality accreditations.

In Paris, Molano led the Digital Economy Initiative of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the world’s largest business organization. He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Davivienda, Seguros Bolívar, CESA, and the Fundación Solidaridad por Colombia, and was a Partner at Copernion, a venture capital fund specializing in technology startups in Europe and Latin America.

Molano holds degrees in Electronic Engineering and Economics from Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, and an MBA from IMD in Switzerland. He has been recognized as one of the 100 most influential people in the world in digital government and among the top 20 leaders in Fintech in Ibero-America.
