Dynamite Obinna

Dynamite Obinna

Starlink Policy Lead, Africa & Europe, Space X

Dynamite Obinna is the Starlink Policy Lead for Africa and Europe at SpaceX. In this role, he works closely with regulators, governments, and stakeholders across both continents to advance spectrum access, licensing, and policy frameworks that enable the deployment of low-latency satellite broadband, supporting universal connectivity goals in underserved and emerging markets.

Prior to his current focus on Starlink policy, Dynamite joined SpaceX in 2018 as a Mission Integration Engineer and  contributed directly to historic human spaceflight milestones, playing a key role in certifying the Falcon 9 and Crew Dragon for crewed operations,  including the landmark Demo-2 mission, the first commercial flight to carry astronauts to the International Space Station and return them safely to Earth. He later advanced into more technical and programmatic leadership, serving as the Baseline Certification Lead for SpaceX’s Starship Human Landing System (HLS). In that capacity, he led cross-functional teams delivering NASA certification artifacts in support of the Artemis program’s goal of returning humans sustainably to the Moon.
