Fabiola Téllez is a lawyer specializing in Constitutional Law and Administrative Law from the Rosario University. She has over 15 years of experience in the ICT sector, including serving as an official and advisor to the Information and Communications Technology Ministry, where she participated in the development of public policies and regulatory projects; as an advisor to the National Television Authority on regulatory issues; and currently at ANDESCO, a local association, that contributes to the relationship between the private sector and public entities and provides technical support for the development of public policies.
