Felleng Sekha is a consummate Information and Communications Technology (ICT) professional with a career spanning over 20 years in the management of public policy, legal and regulatory affairs in Africa’s ICT sector. She made a huge contribution to MTN’s growth during its expansion phase while serving in various executive roles within the MTN Group between 1999 and 2006. She returned to MTN in 2016 to establish the Group regulatory function.
Ms Sekha has a BA Law (National University of Lesotho), LLB (University of Cape Town), PGDip Media & ICT Law (University of Melbourne).
