Fraser Graham is Director Public Policy for Ooredoo Group.

Mr Graham has more than 20 years of telecoms experience in public policy advocacy, international regulatory affairs, data privacy and regulatory modernization. This experience has been gained with mobile groups, operators, Deloitte Consulting and GSMA across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

Based in the Middle East for the last decade Mr Graham has worked with Etisalat and GSMA across the region.
