George Lewis is a seasoned technology executive with many years of experience in IT leadership, network services, and software development. For the past four years, he has served as the Chief Operations Officer at the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (TRC) in the Virgin Islands, overseeing operational strategies and driving technological advancements to enhance efficiency.

George holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of the Virgin Islands and a master’s degree in computer science from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. Prior to joining the TRC, he spent several years with a Caribbean regional telecoms carrier where he played a critical role in IT infrastructure management, strategic project execution, and network service management and delivery.
