Head of LATAM, Global Government Advisory, Access Partnership

Geusseppe is the Head of LATAM, with a wealth of experience. He has held high-level positions, such as the Deputy Director for the Communications Industry of the ICT Ministry in Colombia, advisor to the National Spectrum Agency (ANE), the Communications Regulator (CRC), and consultant for Digital Catapult and BMI Consulting in London, amongst others.

He leads technology policy in Latin America, helping governments, organisations, and multilateral organisations solve pressing issues associated with connectivity and digital transformation. Some of the work led by Geusseppe has included the design of connectivity policies, regulatory recommendations for technology and telecommunication companies, and advice on tech policy to some of the world’s biggest tech companies.

Geusseppe has a degree in Electronics Engineering from Sergio Arboleda University in Colombia, a Master of Science in International Technology Management (with Distinction) from the University of Warwick (UK), and a Master in Innovation and Digital Entrepreneurship Management (on-going studies) from Sergio Arboleda University.
