Hernán Verdaguer is currently Regulatory Affairs Director at Telecom Argentina.
Mr Verdaguer is an active Board member in several business chambers representing the Argentinian and Latin American ICT industry, such as the recently renamed Argentinian Association of ICT, Video and Connectivity (ATVC); the Interamerican Association of Telecommunications Enterprises (ASIET); or the GSMA Association (GSMA).
Mr Verdaguer holds a degree in Law (Universidad de Buenos Aires) with postgraduate studies in corporate law, telecommunications regulation and business administration.
