He is the founder of Zevo Tech, a speech AI start-up that translates cutting-edge research into high-impact commercial solutions, including AI-based voice bots and sophisticated call analytics platforms.
A recipient of the Romanian Academy Prize “Mihail Drăgănescu” for developing the first large-vocabulary automatic speech recognition system for the Romanian language, Horia’s work is defined by solving the technical challenges of digital communication.
