Vice President of Telenor Research, Head of Telenor-NTNU AI-Lab / Start IoT

Dr Ieva Martinkenaite is Vice President of Telenor Research, leading the Telenor-NTNU AI-Lab and Telenor Start IoT initiatives in Norway. Her work involves research and advisory for Telenor Group on AI and IoT, innovation strategy, organisational change and digital partnerships.

Previously Dr Martinkenaite served as a senior research scientist and advisor in Telenor. She also worked as a research fellow at BI Norwegian Business School and Fox School of Business (USA) and as a Vice-Dean at the first business university in Lithuania ISM University of Management and Economics.

Dr Martinkenaite has PhD in Strategy from BI Norwegian Business School and more than 15 years of experience in business research and advisory, teaching and academic management in real estate, hospitality and biotech industries, in developed and emerging economies. Her passion lies in building collaborative communities for the digital age and promoting women and young girls in tech.
