Jacqueline Lopes is Director of Government and Industry Relations for LATAM South at Ericsson. In her current role, she represents Ericsson before industry associations, governments, local, regional and international forums related to business and regulations on ICT. She has over 10 years of experience in the industry and management consulting, part of them representing the Telecom industry at CITEL/OAS and ITU.
Ms Lopes is author of a book about international negotiations. She has an MBA degree from INSEAD (France/Singapore) with a Merit Scholarship from Orange and concluded an executive course at Harvard Kennedy School (USA). JMs Lopes has Master`s degree (summa cum laude) and a bachelor’s degree at Universidade de São Paulo (USP).
