Janet Rea Mansilla

Janet Rea Mansilla has a solid professional background in the financial, operational, and business sectors, with experience in both commercial banking and multilateral development banking. At CAF, in her most recent position as Director of Operations Control, she strengthened the area through process management, efficiency generation, and digital transformation.

She has also held various positions of responsibility within CAF’s Vice Presidency of Finance, related to financial policies, international issuances, and resource mobilization. Additionally, she held several management positions within the Vice Presidency of Finance at FONPLATA Development Bank, contributing to strengthening the operational area, financial planning, and financial policies, as well as consolidating the institution’s credit rating.

Her career has enabled her to develop a comprehensive and holistic understanding of multilateral institutions, as well as a strong ability to coordinate across areas, manage complex processes, and identify strategic development opportunities.

Janet holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Universidad Católica Boliviana and has completed Master’s studies in Financial Management at Universidad Mayor de San Andrés. She also holds a specialization in Corporate Finance and Capital Markets from INCAE Business School.
