Born in Barbados in 1947, Rogers began his career at 16 and has since excelled as a presenter, program-maker, manager, trainer, and consultant. From launching radio and television stations to mentoring young professionals, his impact is profound. Recognized for his contributions, Rogers was awarded an MBE in 2014. Beyond his professional endeavors, he maintains a steadfast commitment to advancing Caribbean media
