Kingsley Yeung is the Assistant Director (Support) of the Office of the Communications Authority, the executive arm of the Communications Authority established in April 2012 as the unified regulator for the telecommunications and broadcasting sectors in Hong Kong, China.
Mr Yeung oversees matters relating to enforcement of the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Ordinance (Cap.593), provision of technical support for the regulation of broadcasting services, liaison with overseas regulators and international organisations, management of media relation and publicity campaigns, as well as handling of general complaints and administrative matters including accounting, human resources and information technology.
