Lucius is a Deputy Director and Head of Policy & Compliance at Singapore’s online safety regulator, IMDA. He works on developing Singapore’s online safety regulations and policies, and building data-driven compliance, transparency and accountability frameworks.
Prior to IMDA, Lucius worked in Meta’s global policy team and the Singapore Foreign Service.
Lucius graduated from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
