Marc-Antoine Prévost is an Enforcement Officer in the Compliance and Enforcement sector of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC), where he investigates matters under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the Telecommunications Act. His work involves open-source research and evidence analysis, the preparation of enforcement instruments, and recommendations on appropriate enforcement measures, in collaboration with domestic and international partners. The role sits at the point where regulatory frameworks meet enforcement practice, applying existing instruments to rapidly evolving conduct. He is a designated officer under both statutes.
Mr Prévost holds an MBA from the Université du Québec en Outaouais and a Bachelor of Business Administration.
