Martha Liliana Sánchez Lozano, Ph.D.

She is a systems engineer, MBA from the University of the Andes, Master in Cyberdefense from the University of Alcalá in Spain and Ph.D in International Law from the Alfonso X el Sabio University in Spain. She has been a national digital security advisor for the Colombian government, a cybersecurity professor in the digital security master’s degree, and Director of the cybersecurity center at the Javeriana University in Bogotá. She is currently a professor, lecturer, and international consultant in cybersecurity and technology projects, and a professor of the cybersecurity master’s degree at UNIR in Spain. She was also a founding member and president of the Internet Society in Colombia. She is the founder and first director of the Cybersecurity and Cyberdefense Master’s Degree at the Colombian War School. Officer of the Colombian Active Reserve Air Force. Author of the book: Armed conflicts in cyberspace: Challenges of international humanitarian law.
