Melanie joins the IIC as Head of Operations and Marketing. Melanie has a strong background working in Marketing and Communications with over 20 years’ experience. Latterly, she was involved with managing operations and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of a membership organisation, looking after the events, educational initiatives, communications and journals.
