Miguel Ignacio Estrada

Miguel Ignacio Estrada is LACNIC’s Chief Strategic Relations Officer. He holds a degree in Information Systems for Organisations from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. He was General Manager of the Latin American and Caribbean ccTLD Association (LACTLD), served as an advisor to Argentina’s ICT Secretariat, National Director of Internet Policy and Development at Argentina’s Ministry of Modernisation, and Communications Manager for the .AR ccTLD (NIC Argentina). He has held various positions at companies such as IBM, Hewlett-Packard and Petrobras.

He was a member of the Multistakeholder Advisory Group (MAG) of the United Nations Global Internet Governance Forum (IGF), the Agenda Committee of the Latin American and Caribbean Internet Governance Forum (LACIGF), and the Agenda Committee of the IGF Argentina.
