Monica Ariño joined Amazon in April 2020, to lead public policy in the UK and Ireland. Before Amazon, she worked for BT Group as a Director of Regulatory Affairs (2017-2020) and for Ofcom, where from 2011 she led the International team. Ms Ariño has been a Vice-Chair of the European Platform of Regulatory Authorities (2009-2017) and a Director of the Institute of International Communications (2015-2017).
Ms Ariño studied Law in Madrid, and then completed a PhD at the European University Institute in Florence.
