Moses Ngeth is a digital security consultant. He has have experience working with Cambodian CSOs focused on advocacy, legal education, and human and labor rights.

Mr Ngeth served as a media and communication coordinator and ICT project manager from 2008-2018 and later as a digital security expert for Dan Church Aid Cambodia from 2018 – 2020. Over the last two years, he has worked on multiple digital security projects as a private consultant. Mr Ngeth is also the co-founder of “Open Cyber Talk,” a digital rights event promoting digital safety and security practices among young Cambodians. His expertise and experience in digital security spans over a decade and includes projects such as Human Rights Defenders in the Cyber-Age, combating CYBER-CENSORSHIP and promoting internet access, digital and psychosocial protection, and strengthening the digital security capacity of local CSOs.
