Director General (Law & Regulations), Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA)

Muhammad Khurram Siddiqui has worked for the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) since 2002 and deals with Law & Regulations related matters. During his service in the PTA, he has dealt with a diversified nature of legal issues related to telecom policies, licensing, enforcement of licensing terms and conditions, drafting of various legal instruments which, inter alia, includes rules, regulations and other regulatory instruments etc. as well as active participation in various committees at different level focusing on legislation pertaining to telecom and electronic crimes law etc.  He also provides legal input while adjudicating telecom related matters and drafting legal documents.

Mr Siddiqui attends various forums as a speaker on telecom and electronic crimes related legislation in Pakistan.
