Natalia Guerra Caicedo holds a law degree from the Universidad de Los Andes, a master’s degree in Public Management and Administrative Institutions from the same university; specialized in Telecommunications Law at the Externado University and Master in Telecommunications Business from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. He has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications sector handling regulatory management, corporate affairs, interconnection and fraud control, among others. She has been in charge of the Regulation Directorate since 2013, after a career in Colombia Telecomunicaciones as Regulation Manager and Legal Manager of Telecommunications and Competition.
