Nicole Darabian started her career in international development focusing on the socio-economic impact of mobile technologies and has pivoted to the regulatory sector where she works at Ofcom, the UK’s independent communications regulator, specialising in international cyber and tech policy.

Ms Darabian has a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University and an MSc in Media Governance from the London School of Economics.
