Paola Bonilla is an economist from the University of Ibagué and Master in economics from the Rosario University. With more than 11 years of experience in the ICT sector, she has served as advisor and coordinator of Market Regulation in the CRC, advisor to the Sub-Directorate of Telecommunications and Sub-Director of Digital Prospecting of the Directorate of Digital Development in the National Planning Department (DNP), where until now she served as Director of Digital Development.
Ms Bonilla has participated in initiatives related to public policy guidelines on technological convergence, financing of the ICT sector and the digital economy. In addition, she led and coordinated policies and projects in the sector, developed and guided studies and research to promote the digital development of the country.
