Paulo Henrique de Oliveira holds a degree in Economics from the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP), a Master’s degree in Public Sector Policy and Economics (Public Administration and Government) from FGV-EAESP, and is Ph.D. Candidate at the same institution. He is a researcher at the Center for Law, Internet and Society (CEDIS) at IDP, a contributing researcher at CEBRAP, and Executive Coordinator of the Market Power and Public Interest project at FGV Law School São Paulo. He serves as Chief of Staff to the Presidency of Brazil’s Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE).
