Dr Renate Dörr is responsible for European Regulatory Affairs (Legal department and European Affairs Office) within ZDF one of the German public service broadcasters. Since 2020 she is chair of the EBU (European Broadcasting Union) Content Regulation Group.
Before joining ZDF she was a German civil servant and worked for the Federal Government (Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and Media) as well as for a Regional Government (State Chancellery of Hamburg). She was equally a Seconded National Expert in DG Information Society and Media of the European Commission.
