Prior to his role at Google, Ricardo held high-impact leadership positions across five continents, showcasing his profound expertise in international technology policy. His distinguished career includes serving as Senior Vice President of Public Policy at GSMA, Senior Policy Advisor for Qualcomm, and Head of Government and Industry Relations for Ericsson.
