Mr Ronaldo Neves de Moura Filho, a civil servant at Anatel since 2009, has occupied several positions in the Agency such as operational manager in competition in the former Public Services Superintendence, manager at the Obligation Enforcement Superintendence, and advisor to the Board of Directors.
Prior to Anatel, Mr Moura worked as a lawyer in Civil, Tax and Environmental Law.
Mr Moura graduated in Law at the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU) and specialised in Tax Law at the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET). He is currently a Master candidate in Public Administration at the Brazilian Institute of Public Law (IDP).
