Abdulla has contributed to implementing a range of initiatives aimed at improving the quality of telecommunications services and ensuring consumer protection. He has directed impactful campaigns to raise awareness about consumer rights, educate the public on online safety and its implications, and establish effective mechanisms for handling consumer complaints.
