As the Connectivity and Access Manager at ALAI, she focuses on expanding connectivity and supporting evidence-based public policies aimed at bridging the digital divide and usage in the region through innovative solutions.

She has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications/ICT sector, with extensive involvement in international negotiation, public policy development, regulatory frameworks, and governance matters. She previously worked for the Argentinian regulator, ENACOM, leading discussions before international organizations and global and regional forums, building consensus among government agencies, the private sector, and academia.

She is a lawyer with a master’s degree in Latin American Integration Processes.
