Suthikorn Kingkaew (Dr)

Director of Research, Future Innovative Thailand Institute (FIT); Director, Thammasat Consulting Networking and Coaching Center

Dr Suthikorn Kingkaew is Director of Research, Future Innovative Thailand Institute (FIT), considering policy frameworks for national reform in three key areas: the economy, education and corruption. He also looks at innovative policies for implementation at local administration level and include initiatives such as environmental funding and intelligent agriculture.

In addition Dr Kingkaew is Director, Thammasat Consulting Networking and Coaching Center and is responsible for various policy-making and white paper projects for leading organisations in Thailand including the Department of Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce, the National Science Technology and Innovation Policy Office and has recently concluded a study on the Economic Impact of Online Video-Sharing Platform to Thai Economy – The Benefits of Online Video-Sharing Platform to Thai Education System.

In addition, he is currently on the Committee of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration’s Environmental Fund, and is Executive Advisor, Asian Knowledge Institute.

In addition to other posts, Dr Kingkaew has a number of academic achievements to his name. He achieved his PhD in Management Studies from the Cambridge Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, UK, preceded by an MPhil in Technology Policy. From the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Sydney Australia, he received Course Honours Class I (86%) in Bachelor of Advance Science in Biotech, and the highest score in life science from the UNSW Foundation Study.
