Sylvie Lee is a public policy professional with extensive experience in managing regulatory issues and fostering stakeholder engagement. As Public Policy Manager for Korea at Meta, she has been instrumental in shaping the company’s policy landscape since November 2017.
In her role, Sylvie has successfully navigated complex policy and regulatory challenges, leveraging her expertise to promote understanding and support for Meta’s innovative technologies and family of apps, including Facebook and Instagram.
Prior to joining Meta, Sylvie served as in-house counsel for SK Telecom, where she played a key role in multiple cross-border transactions and M&A projects over seven years.
Sylvie holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations and Chinese from Tufts University in the US and a Juris Doctorate degree from the Washington College of Law, American University in the US.
