Dr Thulaganyo Mogobe is Vice-Chairperson of the Universal Access and Service Fund Board of Trustees at the Botswana Communications Regulatory Authority (BOCRA). He joined the Fund in August 2014 upon its establishment. Previously, Dr Mogobe served as a member of the then broadcasting regulator, the National Broadcasting Board of Botswana (NBB) for ten years.
He is a full time academic at the University of Botswana where he lectures in Literature, Theatre and Cultural Studies.
