Vertilia Stanislas-Pascal is from the picturesque community of Fond St Jacques. Mrs. Pascal is a dedicated educator, technologist, and cybersecurity specialist committed to transforming education through technology. She possesses a BSc in Information Technology and an MSc in Cybersecurity, along with certifications in Project Management, Human Resource Management, Ethical Hacking, Advanced Cybersecurity Training for Teachers, Internet Marketing Strategies for Business, and Effective Use of AI Tools in Education.

With over 18 years of experience in education, Mrs. Pascal currently serves as a Coding and Robotics Teacher, EMIS Coordinator, and Systems Administrator at the Soufrière Comprehensive Secondary School. She is also an active member of the OECS Robotics Association, where she contributes to the advancement of STEM education in the region.
Mrs. Pascal is enthusiastic about community development in addition to her responsibilities in the classroom. She serves as the Public Relations Officer for the Fond St. Jacques Development Committee and is actively involved in youth-focused initiatives that empower and uplift young people.

Her outstanding contributions to education and technology have earned her prestigious accolades, including The Ruby Yorke Award for Excellence in Practical Teaching and recognition as the Most Outstanding Youth in Technology (2021).
