Vitor Menzes is the current Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Communications. He previously held the positions of Secretary of Telecommunications of the Ministry of Communications and Regulatory Specialist of the National Telecommunications Agency – Anatel (approved in a public competition of tests and titles in 2007), in which he held the positions of Advisor to the Presidency and Superintendent of Grant and Installment Resources.
Mr Menezes is a lawyer and Post-Graduate in Advanced Regulation of Public Telecommunications Services (INATEL / ITU) and in Administrative Law and Public Management (UNIEURO).
