Waldon Russell is the Acting Director of Electronic Communications at the Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority in The Bahamas. He has over fifteen years of experience working in the area of policy and regulations in the electronic communications sector.
Mr Russell is a Chartered Engineer registered by the United Kingdom Engineering Counsel and a Professional Engineer registered by The Bahamas Professional Engineering Board. He is a member of several distinguished professional bodies, including The Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) in the United States of America, The Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) and The Institute of Telecommunications Professionals (ITP) in the United Kingdom.
Mr Russell holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He is currently pursuing the degree of Doctor of Business Administration in Strategy and Innovation.
