Yan Xi Chan is Senior Manager for Government Affairs and Public Policy at Salesforce. Salesforce empowers companies of every size and industry to connect with their customers through the power of data + AI + CRM + trust. In this role, Ms Chan is a dedicated advocate for Salesforce’s policy and regulatory strategies, driving impactful engagements with key policy stakeholders in the Southeast Asia and Greater China region.
With a solid foundation and over a decade of experience, Ms Chan has served in various capacities within the Singapore government. Throughout her tenure at the Infocomm Media Development Authority, Ms Chan played a pivotal role in shaping policies and initiatives that contribute to Singapore’s technological advancement and economic growth, including fostering the growth of premium data centers and advancing tech human capital development.
Ms Chan started her career as an IT consultant in Accenture, and holds an Engineering degree from Carnegie Mellon University. She is also a certified Salesforce AI Associate.
