Head of Standardization Korea, Nokia

Dr. Youngsoo Yuk is Head of standardization Korea of Nokia. He represents Nokia’s telecommunication standardization and wireless policy in South Korea.

Dr Yuk has over 20 years’ experience in telecom sector with wide coverage in standardization, network engineering, wireless policies etc.

Dr Yuk has been working for various standard bodies in 3GPP, IEEE802 and TTA. He is active in various topics in Korea’s mobile spectrum and regulation and working closely with spectrum groups in Korea and Asia-pacific.  He is leading Korea’s 6G activity as the vice-chairman of technology committee of 6G Forum, Korea.

Dr Yuk holds Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Yonsei University, Korea.
