Cyberwellness Values and the Internet in Singapore

In 1987, the National University of Singapore became the first permanently connected BITNET node in Asia outside Japan. As BITNET provided a gateway to the Internet, it can be said that Singapore then truly joined the international networking community.
We give innovators and regulators a forum in which to explore, debate and agree the best policies and regulatory frameworks for widest societal benefit.
