Q: What do you see as your biggest challenge?
A: Being in a developmental world and being a regulator, your challenges are as multitudinous as the Autumn leaves! You inevitably have welfare issues that tie into consumer issues. You also have the challenges of making sure that in the environment of ICT – naturally, a fluid and volatile environment – your country chooses the best options so it does not fall behind.
