Entrants were asked to produce a report on the topic “What principles should guide policymakers in designing local and international approaches for internet intermediaries in the evolving communications environment?” The winner was Andreea Antuca, a consultant in the digital practice and a member of the competition and analytics teams at Oxera Consulting LLP, for her paper “Principles for Regulating Platforms”.
